Welcome to follow our blog!
Our team will develop a marketing plan for a Finnish company called NOMO, in order to help the company successfully enter a new foreign market. At the moment the company has two stores, one in Helsinki and one in Hamburg. NOMO sells custom made jeans, so they are offering both a product and a service. We are initially planing to recommend NOMO to expand its business to Stockholm, Sweden. We thought Stockholm could be a good option, because of its proximity and many potential customers, and because, according to our preliminary research, there is no store with the same idea as NOMO's in Sweden yet.
We are also happy to inform that we have the opportunity to interview the CEO of NOMO next week!
